I love how couples are both very involved in the planning of their weddings! I am guilty of being overly involved, I was that bride who was always on the go; always had a notebook full of to dos, sketches and and what not; asking myself what was next time after time, if I’ve missed out anything. *shudders as I look back at myself*
Singaporeans being Singaporeans, we love our schedules, and we love to follow the systems that we created for ourselves, don’t we?
That said I thought I’ll create a Singapore version of the wedding stationery timeline to help couples get an idea of what to expect. One of the most frequent questions I get is “when should we start the process?” Truthfully there is no right or wrong answer, however, 6 – 9 months is a great start. It really depends how far ahead of the wedding planning you are at, whether you know exactly how you want your invitations to look like, or whether you need to discuss ideas with your planner or vendor.
